Stryker Updates Terms of Payout

As of December 2016, Stryker has decided to extend their payout to more people who have suffered due to their faulty hip implants.  Initially, the company had decided to provide settlements only to patients who had received the defective Rejuvenate ABG II Modular Hip Stem and had undergone revision surgery prior to November 3, 2014.  However, Stryker’s recent announcement has opened the door to anyone who received the defective device prior to December 19, 2016.  This adds more than two years to Stryker’s original plan.  This new agreement is open and available for enrollment between January 17, 2017 and March 1, 2017.  Because of this short window, please do not waste time in contacting us for help!  If you received a Stryker Hip Implant anytime before December 19, 2016 and have suffered because of it, this could be your chance at justice.
